Slide into all your customers’ DMs at the same time

Ever wanted to promote your business to an audience the size of a stadium?

Now’s your chance: Meta is expanding Facebook’s broadcast channels, allowing professional mode Pages with over 10,000 followers to send messages to multiple people in one hit.

So you can ask your audience how they’re all doing, but it’s probably better to use it for promotions. Or ask them questions to gather insights.

How it works: If your Page meets the criteria, you can create your own broadcast channel. From there, you can share early-access content, send messages from Instagram, and repost to Stories.

Instagram users will also have the ability to create broadcast channels soon, although it’s not widely available… yet.

Just don’t leave your customers on read. Not cool.
